Coffee comes with a view
Four private balconies look out over the lake and the oak hills. Mornings are quiet here: birdsong, grazing cattle on the next hill, and nobody else in sight.

The outdoor dining terrace is where breakfast, lunch and dinner happen most days. Fire up the barbecue and eat with the lake beyond the railing.

Down to the water
Millerton Lake is about a 10-minute walk away, and the house is the last property before the lake entrance. Spend the afternoon at the South Finegold picnic area in the state recreation area: swim, fish, paddle or just find a spot on the shore. Feeling active? The Pincushion Peak and San Joaquin River trails start right there.

Yes. Daytime baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers and birthdays for 12 to 30 guests are $250 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus a $350 cleaning fee. Groups of 11 or fewer can book the house for a stay (2-night minimum) instead.
Do you host corporate retreats?
Yes. Day retreats for 20 people are a flat $1,200 plus a $350 cleaning fee, Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, with Starlink wifi. Larger teams can ask about their group size.
