How much does a corporate retreat at Millerton Lake Villa cost?
Day retreats are a flat $1,200 per day plus a $350 cleaning fee, Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, for 20 people comfortably; larger teams can ask. Teams that also book the house overnight skip the day rate and pay the nightly rate. Ask about midweek and off-season rates.
How many people can attend a retreat?
Day retreats host 20 people comfortably. For a larger team, ask us about your group size. The house sleeps 11 for overnight stays, so many teams bring leadership or a core group overnight.
Is the wifi good enough for video calls?
Yes. The house has strong Starlink satellite wifi for calls, video meetings and presentations. Cell service is spotty on the hill, so plan to work on wifi.
Is there a screen for presentations?
Yes. The great room has a large TV you can use for slides, video calls and presentations.
Which days are available for corporate retreats?
Monday to Thursday, when the house is most available, from 8 am to 5 pm. Need more time or other dates? Just ask.
Where do we meet and eat?
The glass-walled dining room seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4. Outside, two dining tables seat 8 and 6, and the terraces and balconies work well for breakout groups.
Can we bring a caterer or cook ourselves?
Either. Bring a caterer or private chef, or cook together in the chef's kitchen with its gas range and Gaggenau double ovens.
Can we host a wellness or yoga retreat?
Yes. Small wellness and yoga groups use the lawn, the terraces and the quiet of the hill. Overnight retreats book the house at the nightly rate.
How far is Millerton Lake Villa from Fresno?
The villa is in Friant, California, about 45 minutes from Fresno and Fresno Yosemite International Airport, about 36 minutes from Clovis and about 15 minutes from Table Mountain Casino.
Where do guests park?
On the property, with plenty of extra parking along the road.
Is the house on the water?
The house sits on a hilltop with 180-degree unobstructed views of Millerton Lake and the mountains. The lake itself is about a 10-minute walk away, and you are the last property before the lake entrance. Millerton Lake State Recreation Area, including the South Finegold picnic area, is close by.
